Barbara Mazzi was born in Modena in 1997 and attended the “Languages of Comics” course at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna.
She has a soft spot for dystopian science fiction and stories that enhance the everyday.
She writes and draws comics for private clients and publishing entities large and small (Iron Circus Comics, Attaccapanni Press and others), and since 2022 he has self-published a new comic every year for the ShortBox Comics Fair.
Her first graphic novel “Hourglass” will be published in March 2025 by Silver Sprocket in the US.
