Nuria Sayago
Nuria Sayago is Argentinian. A fashion graduate from the University of Buenos Aires, she was the first representative of her country at the International Competition of Young Fashion Designers in Paris in 1995. After teaching film costume design at various universities in the Federal Capital, she lived for 15 years in Barcelona, where she worked for Spanish television (TVE) as a costume designer, and then began a career in the world of colorization by participating in the animated series "Juanito Jones" for Disney Channel. She now lives in France where she works as a colorist for various publishers, such as Soleil, Delcourt, Albiana, Petit à petit, Dark Dragon Books, Titan Comics, Bamboo. After collaborating with the cartoonists Mike Ratera (Kabur, The Lord of the Rings, Independence Day II, Heroes and Legends), Michel Espinosa (The Tourists T1-T2, Aleria T1 and T2), Sandro Massin (Kirsten), in 2013 she took over the color of the Hauteville House series (Ed.Delcourt) with Fred Duval and Thierry Gioux. She has since released albums, with Oracle volume 8 (Soleil, 2017), then Jour J by the Pécau-Duval tandem, Capitaine Vaudou by Pécau and Darko, Reines de sang with Alessia Vincenzi. Alongside these projects, she is the colorist for Jeremiah Johnson at Soleil, still with the Pécau-Duval tandem.
