Marco Pizi
Marco Pizi, born in Ascoli Piceno in 1996, is a comic book artist. Since childhood, he has been passionate about Franco-Belgian bande dessinée with historical settings, drawing inspiration from titles such as Les Tours de Bois-Maury, Les Compagnons du Crépuscule, and Les Aigles de Rome. A former student of Fabrizio Faina at the Scuola di Fumetto Marche, he has published the series La Couronne de France with Delcourt, written by Jean-Pierre Pécau. His contributions to the series include La Couronne de France 01 (2024), where he illustrated the chapter dedicated to Philip IV the Fair, and La Couronne de France 02 (2025), in which he illustrated the chapter focusing on Charles VII and Joan of Arc.
