Virgilio d’Ambrosio
Virgilio D’Ambrosio is born in Fondi in 1986 and studies comics and illustration at the Scuola Italiana di Comix. After completing his studies, he pursues further specialization through various master's programs. He begins his career as an illustrator for Second Dinner on Marvel Snap and for Asmodee on the Marvel Champions and Mutant Genesis trading card games. He goes on to work as a comic book and cover artist for LEGO franchises, including Ninjago, Ninjago Legacy, Spider-Man, and Batman, while also producing official trading cards for Ninjago, Lego Marvel, and Lego Star Wars. His licensed comic work includes illustrating Power Rangers Dino Fury for Hasbro, as well as serving as a cover and comic artist for Unisoft on the comic book tie-ins for the video game Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege. He also collaborates with Zagtoon on a comic story for Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. Currently, he works on stories and art for leading international brands across the comics, gaming, and entertainment industries.
