Ario Anindito
Ario Anindito (born in Bandung, in 1984) is an Indonesian comic book artist. He got involved in the local comic industry by releasing his first comic, "Nadya and the Painkillers" in 2008. Aside from comic works, he also did several advertising concepts for local and international brands, illustrations for novels and magazines, and art directing for movies. He won a prestigious advertising award, the Citra Pariwara Gold Award in 2011, and Big 5 best movie art director nominees at Piala Maya 2013. He worked for DC Comics in 2012 and currently working for Marvel as a penciller and inker since 2014. His notable works for Marvel are “STAR WARS: The High Republic”, “Wolverines”, “Venom”, “Secret Empire: United”, “X-Men”, “Hulkverines”, and many more. He's also designing statues for Marvel and DC Comics under XM Studios, a high-end collectibles company based in Singapore.
