Tommaso Bianchi
Tommaso Bianchi was born in Varese in 1980 and learned the art of comics under the guidance of the master artist Corrado Roi. He began his career in 2009 as an illustrator and comic artist, creating covers for the sci-fi magazine Altrisogni and the book Mendicanti d’Autunno by Luigi Pellini. Between 2011 and 2013, he designed and illustrated two commissioned graphic novels focused on the history and legends of the Seprio region.
In 2014, he joined the roster of Sergio Bonelli Editore, contributing to several series including Le Storie, Cassidy, and the epic fantasy titles Dragonero: Il Ribelle and Dragonero: Mondo Oscuro. He made his debut in the US market in 2021, illustrating issue #6 of Barbarella and the successful miniseries King Kong: The Great War for Dynamite Entertainment.
His career reached a major milestone in 2023 through his collaboration with Marvel Comics, for which he has signed titles such as Alien: Black, White & Blood, Daredevil #8, Silver Surfer Giant Size #1, and the miniseries Thunderbolts: Doomstrike. He is currently working on a new Daredevil & Punisher miniseries written by Jimmy Palmiotti.
